At Parks Hospitality Group , we are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee Guest Services and Breakfast Operation. You will ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction across these departments. What You'll Do:- Oversee daily operations of Guest Services, Breakfast and Shuttle, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead efforts to deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing feedback and resolving complaints.
- Participate in the hotel's reputation management initiatives, ensuring positive reviews and feedback.
- Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and departmental performance.
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and brand policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public spaces, and facilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for team members and guests, along with the General Manager.
- Work regularly scheduled desk shifts.
- Serve as the Manager on Duty, particularly evenings and weekends.
- 2+ years of hotel operations experience, including supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems.
