We're seeking a Preconstruction Specialist with commercial roofing experience to join a growing team.
What You'll Do:
Build relationships with general contractors, consultants, and building owners
Identify and develop upcoming commercial roofing opportunities
Support budgeting, estimating, and project planning
Coordinate with estimating and operations teams
Represent the company at job sites, client meetings, and networking events
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of commercial roofing experience
Background in business development, estimating, project management, or operations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
CRM experience is a plus
Self-motivated with a consultative approach
