Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities
- Conduct audits and reconciliations related to payroll, tuition assistance, workforce sponsorship, and loan forgiveness programs
- Research and resolve compliance, payroll, tax reporting, and program eligibility issues
- Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and compliance
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and operational teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in payroll, compliance, audit, HR operations, or related functions
- Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience working with payroll systems; Oracle or UKG is a plus
