Overview
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join expanding team. In this role, you will work on month end close, account reconciliations, fixed asset schedules and ensure accounting standards are met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your accounting skills within a collaborative team and amazing company culture!

Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Conduct general ledger accounting activities, including month-end close procedures, ledger analysis, and financial statement preparation aligned with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Assist with internal controls compliance, including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Experience
- BS in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of Accounting experience
- Proven accounting experience with a strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability in account reconciliation, journal entries, balance sheet analysis, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent numeracy skills along with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
