CDL A Drivers w/X Endorsement Run Cryogenics 21 Out & 7 Home (Full Time) Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account Overview You do not have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have your hazmat and tanker endorsements to qualify. Compensation First-year pay ranges from $80,000 to $106,000. Drivers starting pay is $300/day with an increase of $3/day every six months, capped at $324/day. If you train a driver after one year, you will earn an additional $100/day. Full training provided on cryogenic deliveries at $125/day, which earns a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Full benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401(k), and cell-phone reimbursement. Drivers have a one-week orientation; after that you receive a truck and training. Schedule & Travel Drivers will be assigned to an account for one to six months anywhere in the continental U.S. Drives 21 days out and is home for 7 days. You can stay out longer if you wish. When it is time to return home, you will park the truck at the depot and the company pays for your flight home. Drivers must be willing to drive anywhere in the continental United States—no exceptions—and must be able to fly back for home time. Responsibilities Drive the assigned truck, maintaining schedules and ensuring safe cargo delivery. Follow training and safety procedures for cryogenic deliveries. Maintain a clean MVR and comply with all DOT regulations. Requirements One-year verifiable Class A OTR or regional driving experience in the last 3 years with at least some tanker experience. Must have hazmat and tanker endorsements; tanker or cryogenic experience will expedite the process. Cannot be SAP; no failed or refused drug test ever. Relatively clean MVR.
