Bob Lawrence - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As a Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will use your ability to connect and empathize with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Give 100% effort every day.
• Support your the other team members and contribute to a positive, fun work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
• DRIVEN
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to be proficient in multiple proprietary software program.
• Communication skills-written, verbal, and spoken must be excellent.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
