Jones Networking is partnering with a machining manufacturing company that is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with significant growth options.

Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities:

- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments.

- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with account reconciliation.

- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.

- Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel to support daily accounts payable functions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and established procedures.

- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments.

- Cross-train and provide support for other accounting and administrative duties as needed.

Accounts Payable Clerk Requirements:

- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred or relevant work experience.

- Previous accounting or finance experience is a plus; entry-level candidates are welcome.

- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.

- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Experience in manufacturing or technology is beneficial.
