About the Rol

eThe Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare facility projects from design through construction and occupancy. Working closely with Senior Project Managers and project teams, this role assists with project administration, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and stakeholder communication to help ensure successful project delivery. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to develop healthcare project management expertise while contributing to impactful healthcare environment

Responsibiliti

• esAssist in managing healthcare facility projects through planning, design, construction, and occupancy phase
• s.Support project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting activitie
• s.Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action item
• s.Assist with project documentation, contracts, change orders, and consultant agreement
• s.Monitor project schedules and help identify potential risks, delays, or budget concern
• s.Coordinate communication between clients, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholder
• s.Support procurement activities and track project deliverables and milestone
• s.Assist with construction administration activities, including site visits, progress tracking, and issue resolutio

Qualificati

• onsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferr
• ed.1–4 years of experience in project management, construction, healthcare facilities, development, architecture, engineering, or a related fie
