Job Title Supervisor – Timberland – Tampa Premium Outlets (Job Number: R-20260708-0017) Department Retail Management & In-store Location Lutz, FL Overview Timberland is a global leader in premium footwear, apparel and accessories, committed to environmental and social responsibility. The Supervisor will support the store’s leadership team, provide outstanding customer service, and help the store stay profitable and high‑performing. Responsibilities Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring KPIs and achieving individual goals. Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer‑centric mindset. Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals. Supervise daily store operations: opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation. Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor. Assist in training and onboarding new team members, providing ongoing feedback. Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment in line with brand directives. Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss‑prevention practices. Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events. Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Foster a positive and inclusive store environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and learning. Qualifications 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals. Skill in coaching, motivating, and building high‑performing, diverse teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels. Solution‑oriented and flexible in a dynamic retail environment. Capacity to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and meet business expectations. Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools. Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight. Compensation Hiring Range: $18.50 – $24.00 USD per hour Incentive Potential: Eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive plan or sales incentive.
