Medical Training Manager / Senior Manager

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Dermatology, Aesthetic Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, medical education, clinical training, or medical affairs.
- Experience working with aesthetic devices, injectables, skincare products, or related medical aesthetic solutions is preferred.
- Strong presentation, training delivery, and public speaking skills.
- Experience organizing academic activities, physician education programs, or KOL engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently across overseas markets.
- Professional working proficiency in English is preferred. Medical Education & Training
- Develop and continuously optimize medical training programs covering product mechanisms, treatment protocols, clinical applications, patient consultation, and combined therapy solutions.
- Design standardized training materials, training manuals, case libraries, and educational toolkits for different overseas markets.
- Organize and deliver training sessions for internal sales teams, clinical trainers, distributors, and business partners.
- Provide medical and technical support to customers, clinics, and key accounts regarding product applications and treatment solutions.
- Support product launches through training programs, educational campaigns, and scientific communication activities.
- Assist in treatment protocol development, case sharing, and best-practice dissemination.
- Build relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, trainers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Organize academic meetings, workshops, webinars, expert exchanges, and clinical education events.
- Represent the company at medical congresses, industry conferences, and educational activities to strengthen professional brand recognition.
- Collect market feedback and clinical insights to continuously improve training content and educational effectiveness.
- Develop and mentor internal trainers and external speaker networks.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and business development teams to support market expansion objectives.
