Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide vital support to healthcare teams by assisting patients with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This role involves maintaining compliance with facility policies and promoting a compassionate environment for residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures diligently.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
Adhere to facility policies regarding identification and badge requirements.
Comply with vaccination and exemption policies mandated by the facility or legal standards.

Qualifications:

Possess a valid CNA certification recognized by the state.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Maintain current immunizations or approved exemption documentation.
Show ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Exhibit a caring, compassionate attitude toward residents.
