As Prep at Wingstop, an individual will spend time preparing multiple sides using in-house recipes. He/she will have to be quick and efficient in communicating with crew members and kitchen staff to make sure all prep is completed correctly and in a timely manner. Prep must follow all food handling safety standards and assist in inventory management and stock rotation. The individual has to be an ideal team player as this is a very fast paced and strenuous job, which requires him/her to be in the good books of everyone, including the guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare famous sides according to Wingstop's recipes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and calling into the restaurant.
• Ensure all items are made to company standards
• Proper food handling safety standards at all times
• Assist in maintaining a clean workplace; keep Front of House (BOH) clean and stocked before and after prep.
• Practice safe handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines; promote safety in the workplace.
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to the company's Uniform Standards
• Leave customer with a positive, long-lasting impression of their WINGSTOP experience.
