1st Shift Manufacturing & Warehouse Positions

Machine Operator | Material Handler | Forklift Operator (Reach Truck)

Our clients in Cary, Crystal Lake, Richmond, and McHenry, IL are seeking dependable candidates for 1st shift manufacturing and warehouse roles . These positions support daily production and distribution operations through machine operation, material movement, quality checks, and safe workplace practices.

Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift
Typical Hours: Between 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (varies by position)
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on role and experience)

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production or packaging machines
Load materials into machines or production areas
Perform routine quality inspections and basic measurements
Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, and reach trucks (as assigned)
Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production or shipment
Complete production, inventory, and quality documentation
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs , depending on position
Basic math and documentation skills
Attention to detail and safety awareness
Forklift and/or reach truck experience or certification preferred
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
