Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric/Emergency - Full Time Night Shift

Responsibilities This is a full-time, 36 hours per week, position with full benefits. There is an opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested. This position also qualifies for a $6k sign on bonus. Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital, Murrieta, California, is a 120‑bed acute‑care hospital with the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team and offers unique OB/GYN and NICU services. Demonstrates knowledge of cardiac monitoring, identifies dysrhythmias and treats appropriately. Accurately assigns triage categories. Maintains current knowledge of medications and their administration based on patient age and clinical condition. Assists emergency room physician with diagnosis and interventional procedures, including central lines, closed reductions, and advanced airway management.
