Operations Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Dallas station, including warehouse workflow, order fulfillment, inventory, shipping/receiving, staff supervision, logistics coordination, customer requirements, and overall station performance.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, practical, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fresh produce, food distribution, refrigerated warehouses, logistics, wholesale distribution, or similar operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily station operations, including warehouse, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities.
• Supervise, train, and support warehouse, packing, drivers, and operations staff.
• Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Monitor product handling, quality, rotation, inventory accuracy, and overall operational flow.
• Coordinate with management, sales, admin, customers, vendors, and transportation partners regarding priorities, issues, delays, staffing, and service needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and productive facility.
• Identify operational problems and help implement practical solutions.
• Support improvements in workflow, productivity, cost control, service levels, and team accountability.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as reasonably required by the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in operations, warehouse, distribution, logistics, food, produce, or similar business environment preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and some experience with CRM, ERP, inventory, or similar software systems.

Compensation

Competitive base salary, with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses depending on experience, qualifications, results, and overall company performance.
