Our smaller size creates a **quiet, close-knit, family-oriented environment** where we truly care about our residents and each other. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled **Physical Therapist (PT)** to join our rehab team on a **PRN basis** to help residents reach their highest level of independence.### ### **What We Offer*** Competitive pay: **$45–$55/hour*** **Flexible PRN schedule** with consistent hours available* **PRN opportunities** across the largest network in South Carolina* Supportive, team-focused therapy environment### ### **Position Summary**As a **Physical Therapist (PT)**, you will evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. You’ll play a key role in helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life.### ### **Key Responsibilities*** Perform **patient evaluations** and develop individualized treatment plans* Provide therapeutic interventions to improve **mobility, strength, and balance*** Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed* Maintain accurate and timely documentation* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members* Educate residents and families on treatment plans and goals### **Qualifications*** Active, unencumbered **Physical Therapist (PT) license in South Carolina (required)*** Degree in **Physical Therapy** (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)* Experience in **long-term care or rehab setting preferred*** Familiarity with **PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred*** Strong communication and clinical skills* Passion for improving resident outcomes### ### **Why Join Piedmont Post Acute?**At Piedmont, you’ll work in a supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and your work makes a meaningful difference in residents’ lives.We are an equal opportunity employer.
