What You’ll Do
As a Trainer / Coach, you’ll empower members to become the best version of themselves by helping them make small, sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to long-term success.
You will:
- Design and deliver safe, effective, and engaging programs for all fitness levels
- Conduct Fitness Consultations that convert goals into action plans
- Coach through personal, semi-private, group, and virtual training
- Educate and motivate members while influencing lasting behavior change
- Build authentic relationships that improve member retention and results
- Deliver a “surprisingly personable experience”every time someone walks through the door
- Support club success through program sales, marketing, and outreach to inactive members
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, professional training environment
