As part of Convive Brands, you’ll have opportunities to grow across a portfolio of restaurant concepts, including California Pizza Kitchen and Le Pain Quotidien.At Little Beet, you’re not just working a job, you’re joining a team that shows up for each other, grows together, and takes pride in the experiences we create every day.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesProvide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the entirety of the visitReceive food and beverage orders, enter order correctly into the POS, and follow up with the kitchen as necessaryAnticipate guest needs and note any preferences provided by the guestMaintain full knowledge of pastry, bread, kitchen, beverage, and retail itemsPrepare drinks for the dining room, as neededHandle any guest situations with genuine empathy and elevate to a manager as necessaryComplete all opening, mid, and closing procedures; complete daily checklist and side work assignmentsOrganize money and receipts throughout the shift in adherence with the cash handling policyKeep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized by following cleaning checklistsAssist with setting up patio furniture and maintenance of outside fixtures and seating area, if applicable for the locationQualifications3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or trainingExperience with POS systems, especially Toast, a plusFlexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not requiredAbility to be cross‐trained in all areas of the dining room and retail space preferredAbility to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work locationBenefitsEnrollment in Company-contributed health coverage planAccrued Paid Time Off401k with up to 4% match after ninety (90) days of employmentPre-tax commuter benefits (in applicable States)Team member discounts at all our brandsThe hourly pay range (plus tips, when eligible) is:$18.00 - $22.00Convive Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
