Determines overall direction for strategic accounts in alignment with Stealth Axis account strategies.
Oversees the creation of solutions, proposals, and presentations for our customers.
Attends surgical cases, trains surgeons, and manages the ongoing sale of implant business components.
Leverages relationships and insights to convert business unit-specific opportunities into CST opportunities that deliver incremental value to both Medtronic and the customer.
Identifies and acts upon cross-business, cross-functional opportunities and issues related to targeted account growth.
Establishes and supports Medtronic’s executive-level relationships with targeted accounts at the physician and C-Suite level.
Develops ongoing (vs. transactional) peer relationships with senior healthcare executives in targeted accounts.
Coordinates executive-level Medtronic activities, relationships, and transactions within targeted accounts.
Works to maintain a strong, diverse personnel “bench” of candidates for future hiring opportunities.
Addresses development opportunities through coaching and executing specific measurable projects.
