Job Details:

Job Title: TRAVEL - PT - PHYSICAL THERAPY (762) - 8AM - 4:30PM

Location: Port Charlotte, FL

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 1424.49 - 1495.71

Schedule: 08:00 - 16:30

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: Valid Florida PT license; MPT or DPT degree from an accredited college or university; Acute care experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments for inpatient clients
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop personalized treatment plans
\n
• Utilize mobility equipment in patient care
\n
• Adhere to unit policies and procedures
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR
\n
