The candidate should be focused and capable of managing a large docket of personal injury cases across Ohio in a fast-paced environment. The primary office location is in Akron. Duties Investigate case facts and develop damages evidence. Negotiate case settlements, including lien resolution. Maintain communication with clients, opposing attorneys, court personnel, and insurance representatives. Collaborate with teams to achieve firm goals. Supervise support staff. Requirements Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio. 2-5 years of plaintiff or defense personal injury practice. Insurance defense or prior claims handling experience is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of Litify case management software preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Superior negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Ohio. Skills Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Proficient in case management software.
