Pharmacy TechnicianImmediate need for a talented Pharmacy Technician. This is a 06 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in FL, IL, IN, or WI (Remote). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Process customer orders via telephone accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance within pharmacy regulationsObtain and verify customer information to include quantities and usage of products on the customers prescriptionEnsure all patient-related interactions are adherent to HIPAA regulationsResolve customer questions, complaints, and service issues by identifying root causes and recommending appropriate solutionsInvestigate and track product shipments, utilizing Client website and connecting with our transportation teamCoordinate with internal departments to expedite shipments, release, and/or alternate ship back-ordered items to ensure timely deliveriesProcess customer returns and request customer credit in accordance with company policies and proceduresCollaborate with other departments (Routing, Transportation, Sales, Credit & Collections) to resolve customer issues to provide a cohesive customer experienceMeet established performance expectations related to quality, adherence, order accuracy, and service level standardsMaintain the ability to adapt to the changing business needs and customer requirementsMaintain the ability to work remotely utilizing a reliable high-speed wired internet connectionSupport business operations by working a flexible schedule within the Customer Care operating hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm CSTClosing shift required to remain available until all customer calls have been answeredKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Skills- Pharmacy Technician, Certification, Customer Service, PrescriptionStrong Customer (Patient) EngagementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanorAttention to detail, problem solving, conflict resolution and organizationAbility to work independently in a remote environmentProficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, TEAMSMinimum of 2-4 years of customer service and/or call center experience in a clinical settingRequired licensed and certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)High School diploma or equivalent GED requiredAssociates / Bachelor's degree preferredNote: Candidates must live in FL, IL, IN, or WIFully Remote Customer Care Pharmacy TechHours (shift between 7:00am to 6:00pm)Our client is a leading healthcare, medical technology (medtech), and life sciences Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
