Pay: $20–$22 per hour + commission Free unlimited gym membership included

Schedule: Flexible schedule with some weekend or evening availability

About Us:

EveryBody Boot Camp is a high-energy, community-driven fitness studio focused on helping people of all fitness levels reach their goals in a supportive and empowering environment. We’re seeking a motivated, outgoing Membership Sales Associate to help grow our incredible community and bring new faces into the gym.

Responsibilities:

• Handle new leads and inquiries, both in person and remotely
• Convert leads into active members through follow-up communication (calls, texts, emails)
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activity
• Hit monthly membership sales targets
• Assist with light administrative tasks (member check-ins, data entry, scheduling)
• Represent EBBC in a professional and enthusiastic manner

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven with a sales mindset
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on-site
• Comfortable with basic technology (CRM systems, spreadsheets, messaging platforms)
• Must be local to the Scottsdale/Cave Creek area

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)
• Commission on each sale

Additional Information:

This is a hybrid role with flexible scheduling. While some of the work may be done remotely, occasional in-person shifts and events at our locations in Scottsdale and Cave Creek are required.
