Responsibilities Support user requests, facility escort, and expand problems to ensure customer service Configure access control and support badge processing activities Maintain hardware and software inventory and maintenance logs Requirements Must be knowledgeable with MS Programs such as Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, and Windows Perform facility audits, inspections and capture critical information of data center equipment and fire/life equipment Strong customer service skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in customer service and facility management, with a strong focus on access control configuration and maintenance of hardware and software inventories. Proficient in conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
