Data Center Project Manager

We're partnering with a national general contractor with a growing data center construction portfolio to identify a Project Manager for a new mission-critical project. What you'll do: Own project execution from preconstruction through closeout — budget, schedule, subcontractor coordination, and owner/client relations. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement across MEP-heavy scopes. Partner closely with the superintendent and project executive to keep the job on schedule and on budget in a fast-moving mission-critical environment. What we're looking for: 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience, ideally with data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial project exposure. Strong command of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management. Comfortable working directly with ownership/client teams on a high-visibility build. Compensation: Competitive base + bonus, commensurate with experience. This is a confidential search with a company investing heavily in the data center sector. If you're a PM ready to step onto one of the most active builds in the industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
