ISLAND OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

The Island Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering industry-leading hospitality standards to maintain upkeep, safety, and cleanliness on the Destination. This role is accountable for the detailed identification, reporting, execution, a nd follow-up for maintenance for the public spaces, seating areas, restrooms, signage, umbrellas, beach loungers, and backof-house operations. By providing general support and responding to callouts and maintenance issues from OperationsManagement and other Leadership from other divisions. This can include, but is not limited to diagnosing, repairing,replacing, assembling, and/or refurbishing various equipment. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
