This role will focus on building and optimizing workflows, forms, and user experiences to improve operational efficiency. This is an opportunity for a professional with hands-on ServiceNow platform experience in configuration and customization.Key Responsibilities* Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows to support business processes.* Build and customize forms, screens, and user interfaces within the platform.* Implement platform changes and enhancements, including configuration updates and process improvements.* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.* Support ongoing optimization of workflows and user experience across the platform.* Work on end-to-end configuration tasks while interacting with business stakeholders.Required Qualifications**Experience:*** Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration.* Proven ability to configure and manage workflows, build and customize forms and screens, and execute change configuration and platform customizations.**Technical Skills:*** Understanding of ServiceNow functionality and capabilities.* Ability to work in a functional and technical hybrid role.Preferred Qualifications* Experience working within large enterprise environments.* Familiarity with retail environments is a plus.* Exposure to ServiceNow process optimization or workflow improvement initiatives. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
