Average Compensation Range

• Year 1| $85,000-$132,000
• Year 3| $109,000-$205,000
• Year 5| $132,000-$287,000
• Year 10| $239,000-$500,000

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and providing ongoing support.
• Develop personalized financial strategies and recommend solutions to help clients protect and grow their financial future.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Conduct regular client reviews to ensure financial plans remain aligned with changing needs and objectives.
• Participate in training and professional development while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not required for all qualified candidates).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a forward-thinking mindset.
