Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Endoscopy/GI Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 0700-1730 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role License: Active Registered Nurse license Certifications: BLS (must be AHA), ACLS Must-Have: Must have strong IV skills Must have technical experience No floating required RNs take call on weekends in a self-scheduled format Call coverage includes weekends and limited hours Monday to Friday Description: The role requires strong knowledge and skills in endoscopy and gastrointestinal procedures. Candidates must possess effective communication and teamwork abilities. The position involves caring for both outpatient and inpatient populations. Experience with electronic medical records, specifically EPIC and EndoWorks, is essential. Candidates must adhere to dress code, including navy blue or solid white scrubs. Weekend and holiday coverage will be managed through on-call requirements. Orientation will include one week of training on unit-specific protocols.
