Job Title: Warehouse and Material Coordinator

Pay Rate: $23.50/hr.

Shift: AM

The Warehouse Material Handling Clerk II is responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations by ensuring accurate receipt, storage, movement, and documentation of materials and finished goods. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and quality standards. The Warehouse & Materials Coordinator works closely with warehouse, production, and quality teams to ensure materials are available when needed and that inventory transactions are accurately recorded within the company’s ERP system.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, and move raw materials, supplies, and finished goods within designated warehouse andproduction areas.
• Transport materials safely using approved equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, carts, and other material handling tools.
• Accurately enter and process inventory transactions in the ERP system including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or material shortages to supervisors or appropriate departments.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation activities to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage of materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of commonly used warehouse supplies.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure materials are handled and stored properly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with 6S and company safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and shipping deadlines.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures, including applicable GMP guidelines where required.
• Perform additional warehouse or materials-related duties assigned to support operational needs.

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, materials handling, inventory control, or a related field
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification required.
• Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
