Understand the requirements and demand of ExT and other VIP clients. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Support Service Desk - configurations/support related to service desk. What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: Scope Of Responsibilities In Replacing Computers Includes (not Limited) Gathering requirements directly from our clients/users and their current computers. Imaging new computers using AutoPilot. Installing application. Transferring required data/profile. Deploying the new computer to the user. Post deployment support and troubleshooting. Retrieving older computers from the users. Documenting system information, condition of the older units. Scope Of Responsibilities In Replacing IPhones Includes (not Limited) Working with clients to back up their data (If required). Setting up new iPhones. Restoring/Transferring data to new iPhone. Setting up client company profile for the user in their new iPhone. Help setting up some of the required business apps. Retrieve older iPhones from clients after resetting to factory defaults. Documenting old iPhone information and condition. Interested?
