We hand you pre-set pre-qualified appointments with homeowners who already want to buy. Your only job Show up and close the deal. We are a $600M industry powerhouse where 98% of our leaders started in this exact role.
The Perks:
- Massive Income: Uncapped 100% commission with top reps earning more than $250 K. Average first year reps earning $85K-$135K.
- Fast Weekly Pay: Average $2500 per sale paid before installation.
- Full W-2 Benefits: Get the unlimited upside of 100% commission plus the security of a W-2 with full benefits. The Role:
- Meet with the team in the morning to strategize.
- Drive to pre-booked afternoon/evening appointments.
- Use our digital software for in-home demos.
- Inspect from a ladder or attic ( no walking on roofs ).
Qualifications:
- No experience requiredwe provide elite paid training .
- Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility for midday evening and weekend shifts.
- Ability to safely climb a ladder.
