The Position As a FirstSteps Behavior Technician, you will teach children diagnosed with autism meaningful skills including communication, socialization, self‑care, and school readiness. You will work closely with teachers, parents, FirstSteps BCBAs, and behavioral health/mental health specialists. All initial credentialing fees for becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will be paid by FirstSteps, and we provide a paid training program.
