Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a fastgrowing ABA company dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive. We provide 1:1 support to children diagnosed with Autism in home and school settings, always with evidencebased and compassionate care.

This is an entrylevel position with full training provided. Its a role that will challenge you and help you grow, both personally and professionally. What the Role Involves:

• Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs
• Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally
• Staying calm, engaged, and supportive during difficult moments
• Accurate data collection and documentation
• Professional communication with supervisors and families
• Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Working in inhome, school, and/or clinicbased settings

• Prior experience in ABA or related field (preferred, not required)
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license (required)

Schedule Requirement:

Available shifts
-Inglewood, CA 90304

• MondayFriday: 3:30 PM 7:00 PM (3.5 hours each day)
