Role: Senior Event-Driven Architecture Engineer (Kafka & Java)
Location: NYC, NY or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite)

Required Qualifications
Experience
10+ years of software engineering experience.
5+ years designing and implementing event-driven architectures.
5+ years of hands-on Apache Kafka experience in large-scale production environments.
Proven experience designing distributed systems supporting mission-critical workloads.
Experience leading engineering teams or acting as a technical lead on major initiatives.
Must have capital markets domain experience.
Skills required: Expert-level Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, REST APIs, Microservices architecture, Databricks
