Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to support existing customers while helping develop new business opportunities. This position combines customer service, order support, sales follow-up, and proactive outreach. ***This is not a remote position*** Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, pricing requests, and product questions. Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on open opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify additional sales opportunities. Contact prospective customers by phone and email to introduce products and qualify opportunities. Follow up on samples, quotations, and previous customer inquiries. Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve customer needs. Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity information in the CRM. Help achieve monthly and annual sales and customer-retention goals. 5+ years of customer service, inside sales, or B2B sales experience preferred. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking with customers. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, email, and online research tools. Experience in lighting, electrical, electronics, Architectural products, or manufacturing is a plus. This is not a remote position.
