Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Location

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a General Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care between ICU and general medical-surgical floors
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to the start of assignment
• Maintain active ACLS and BLS certifications from an AHA, ARC, or ASHI approved vendor throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
• Active ACLS certification from an AHA, ARC, or ASHI approved vendor (required)
• Active BLS certification from an AHA, ARC, or ASHI approved vendor (required)
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Must not be an Arizona resident — candidates residing in Arizona are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments is a strong advantage
• Experience in acute care hospitals with documented trauma level and bed count on resume
