Deliver exceptional patient care in a critical care setting, utilizing your expertise as a Registered Nurse specializing in the Intensive Care Unit. Schedule:

• 3x12 hour day shifts

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated experience as an RN in an ICU or critical care setting
• Proficiency in ICU procedures, ventilator management, medication administration, and rapid assessment
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult ICU patients with acute and complex conditions
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and assess patient response to interventions, reporting changes promptly
• Manage ventilators, life-support systems, and other advanced medical equipment
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in accordance with policies
• Support and educate patients families, ensuring compassionate communication and clear explanations of care
