Research Assistant Professor - Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism

Job Description Research Assistant Professor functions as a faculty member in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. Maintain an active research program in cardiac and skeletal muscle signaling/physiology. Develop research proposals. Participate in collaborative research programs. Publish in scientific literature. Instruction of undergraduate, healthcare professional, and graduate students. Present at professional meetings. Minimum Education Required Doctorate (Professional) or equivalent combination of education and experience with a major in biology or physiology. Required Qualifications Doctoral degree in biology, physiology, or related field. Successful completion of a background check.
