You will play a key role in tax preparation, review, and strategic planning.Position HighlightsHybrid work schedule blending remote flexibility with in-office collaborationCompetitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 based on experienceDirect collaboration with wealth management advisors to deliver holistic financial solutionsOpportunity to manage complex tax profiles and high net worth client portfoliosStrong career advancement potential within a growing financial services firmCore ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, and business entities.Conduct tax research and planning to minimize client liabilities and maximize wealth preservation.Coordinate closely with wealth management advisors to align tax strategies with overall financial plans.Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, answering technical tax questions and providing proactive guidance.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.Assist in mentoring and reviewing the work of junior tax staff members.RequirementsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Active CPA license is heavily preferred.Strong background in public accounting or wealth management tax services.Proficient in tax preparation and research software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a hybrid structure.
