Position Summary Through intensive career training, contribute to the Company\'s success by meeting/exceeding expectations of the Management Development Program. Responsibilities Actively participate in all departmental training programs as directed Contribute to departmental success by providing recommendations for process enhancements Work closely with teammates to ensure a cohesive and professional work environment Provide feedback to management, including corporate, related to departmental training programs and operational efficiencies improvements Demonstrate a continuing commitment to learn Assist management, when requested, with the training and development of others Other duties as requested Requirements Must be mobile with a willingness to relocate to various locations across the U.S. on a frequent basis (3-6 months) Must be willing to live in employee housing with a possible roommate in sites where housing is offered Must be ambitious and willing to learn a variety of new skills Must possess strong attention to detail skills Must be a positive communicator and team player in the workplace Education and Experience Education: High School graduate Bachelor\'s degree in business, hospitality or related field (preferred) Experience: Minimum three (3) years\' experience in a hospitality role Minimum three (3) years\' experience in a customer service/leadership role All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr ExplorUS
