Junior Customer Success Manager

Supporting US-based customers during Pacific Time business hours, the full-time remote Junior Customer Success Manager will build relationships, guide onboarding processes, and assist with customer inquiries while contributing to product strategies and identifying growth opportunities. Key responsibilities Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their needs and goals Guide new customers through implementation, onboarding, and training processes Support existing customers by answering questions, highlighting new features, and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews Required qualifications Experience working directly with customers or clients Background in a startup or entrepreneurial environment Self-starter attitude with a focus on achieving goals Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new opportunities Familiarity with AI and automation tools
