Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Kohler is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead process optimization, new product introduction, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. You will design and refine production workflows, implement lean and Six Sigma methods, and drive automation to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Partner with design, maintenance, and supply chain teams to scale innovative products, validate equipment and tooling, and resolve complex production issues. Mentor engineers and technicians, support sustainability initiatives, and champion data-driven decision-making in a culture of craftsmanship and innovation.
