SRX Home Care, LLC, operating under the Happier At Home brand, is seeking compassionate and motivated individuals for the position of Entry Level In-Home Healthcare Provider. This role is designed for those looking to begin a rewarding career in healthcare by providing essential support to seniors and individuals in their homes across Northeast Iowa and surrounding areas. You will assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship while ensuring their comfort and safety. This entry-level position offers valuable training and experience in the home healthcare field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with basic personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities.
• Follow care plans and promptly report any changes in clients' conditions to supervisors.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and care plans.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass background check and saliva drug test.
