Technology & Lean Excellence Leader - Winery Operations

Bronco Wine Company in Ceres, CA is seeking a Senior Manager of Technology to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement across production, safety and cost efficiency.

The role reports to the Chief Winemaking Officer, requires Lean / CI expertise, 5+ years in management and a BS in a technical field; travel up to 7-10% and an on-site work arrangement are expected. You will develop annual operating plans and mentor supervisors while driving innovative processes to reduce waste.
