As a key player in our Creative Services team, you’ll craft compelling, conversion-driving copy that resonates deeply with customers, directly impacting acquisition, retention, and revenue goals, all while accelerating your workflow with cutting‑edge AI technologies. You’ll be instrumental in defining our brand’s voice and ensuring every message delivers meaningful business impact. We’re seeking an exceptional writer and editor—someone who understands how to craft compelling, conversion-driving copy and can leverage AI as a creative accelerator to generate ideas, explore messaging directions, and improve workflow efficiency. As a self‑starter, you’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to develop compelling messaging that resonates with our customer segments and supports acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue goals. This role combines strong creative instincts, strategic thinking, and expert editorial judgment with a passion for using AI to unlock new possibilities in content development and storytelling. What You’ll Do Develop compelling copy and messaging across a variety of customer touchpoints, including email, onsite marketing, digital advertising, social media, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives. Leverage generative AI tools to rapidly generate concepts, messaging territories, and audience‑specific copy variations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand integrity. Evaluate, refine, and elevate AI‑generated outputs through expert editing, ensuring all content is accurate, persuasive, customer‑centric, and aligned with our brand voice and tone. Translate customer insights, business objectives, and campaign goals into effective messaging strategies and creative solutions. Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, project managers, and stakeholders to develop high‑performing creative work that supports business priorities. Attend project kickoffs, fully understand creative briefs, ask thoughtful questions, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen messaging and creative outcomes. Serve as an owner throughout the creative process, independently managing assignments, balancing multiple priorities, and course‑correcting as needed. Adapt messaging based on customer segment, lifecycle stage, funnel objective, and channel best practices. Maintain consistency across all customer‑facing communications while helping evolve and strengthen our brand voice. Act as a critical editor and quality gatekeeper, ensuring all copy—whether human‑ or AI‑assisted—meets our brand’s standards for clarity, accuracy, effectiveness, and brand alignment. What You’ll Need 8+ years of professional copywriting experience in an agency, in‑house, ecommerce, retail, or consumer‑focused marketing environment. Significant experience supporting direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brands, ecommerce businesses, or retail organizations. Strong portfolio demonstrating success across customer acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. Expertise writing across multiple channels, including email, digital marketing, paid media, onsite experiences, social media, and print. Advanced experience leveraging generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, or similar platforms to accelerate ideation, messaging development, content variation, and creative exploration. Proven ability to evaluate, refine, and improve AI‑generated content using strong editorial judgment and brand expertise. Passion for emerging AI technologies and their practical application within creative and marketing workflows. Understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, audience targeting, and performance‑driven messaging strategies. Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with creative, marketing, merchandising, and business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with rapid project timelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach to feedback. Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills. A team‑first mindset, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering exceptional work.
