Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | 12-Hour Mid Shifts (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM) | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week | Weekend rotation required (2 of 6 weekends) | Holiday rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, high-quality emergency care to adult and pediatric patients across a broad acuity spectrum, from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies
• Perform thorough patient assessments and apply critical thinking skills to rapidly evolving clinical situations
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced, high-acuity satellite emergency department environment
• Accurately document patient care and clinical findings using Epic electronic health records
• Adapt to a dynamic, ever-changing environment while maintaining composure and delivering consistent, compassionate care

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills with the ability to manage change effectively

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
• Experience in a high-acuity or satellite emergency department setting
