Skills:
MUST HAVE FOOD SERVICE/PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE
Ability to Lead Staff and a production floor
Able to supervise and lead by example
Good organizational skills
Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Creativity in crafting new products
PREFERRED: knowledge of FDA FSMA standards, and have knowledge and be able to implement GMPs, SOPs, OSHA, and any other regulations
