This position reports daily to Richmond, TX Mon-Thur 7-5 & Fri 7am We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our Houston, TX team. As a Data Entry Clerk with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will support plant operations by accurately entering information in company databases & systems. This position will report to the main office mon-fri for 40 hours a week. Must have strong attention to detail, highly organized, 10-key data entry experience & strong excel skills.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Supports and works closely with the accounting team.
• Heavy Data Entry & 10-Key: Rapidly input data regarding stock levels, material usage, and receiving reports, using a 10-key keypad to process large volumes of numerical data accurately.
• Documentation: Process receiving documents, invoices, and purchase orders.

About You

We Require:

• A minimum of 1–year of high volume data entry experience.
• High Proficiency in 10-Key: Ability to operate a 10-key calculator by touch, ensuring high-speed, accurate data entry.
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for tracking spreadsheets.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in recording information.
