Customer Success Manager Sales & Marketing (NY)

This role is a base salary of $60,000+ commissions. Locations: NY - Watertown, Plattsburgh, Syracuse & Albany

Required Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Ability to develop and implement promotional strategies within budget constraints
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
• Adaptability to changing priorities and environment
• Proactive problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement
• Basic understanding of marketing, CRM operations, and gaming industry KPIs (a plus)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of gaming industry trends and KPIs
• Experience with promotional campaign management and marketing strategy development
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to promotions and marketing activities
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced sales or client success environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in customer success, sales support, or marketing roles, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry
